That isn't even logical. It can't be an echo.
On top of that the taxi driver when the video first starts you can hear shots and the echo. From that you can hear what the echo's sound like.

You might want to back up the first time stamp a bit.
That way you can clearly make out the have no similar pattern.

There is something of a reformation under way. Islam is so far gone at this point, that it'll be many years before something resembling normalcy is reached, but, to Saudi Arabia's credit, they began the process years ago and this new guy appears to be all-in.

In both of those instances there are two distinct patterns of sound events:
1. The local snap of the bullet passing/impacting. (very close)
2. The muzzle report. (far away)

Major weakness in the story.
Number of casualties to the Number of rounds fired (from audio and shell casings) is over 0.5, (closer to 80%).
Consider the Texas Church Massacre, where 450 rounds were fired with 26 casualties. Closer to a 5% ratio, which is more typical for automatic weapons fire, plus that was in broad daylight within 50ft of the targets.
Mandalay Bay was night time, no tracers, plunging fire, over 300m away, and now not anchored auto weapon fire.
Paddock didn’t need to suicide himself with those supposed skills, he’d be able to fight his way out and become a successful assassin.
IMHO, Paddock as a patsy is reasonable. Past associations as a CIA pilot and JANET terminal across the street smacks of a secure position pilot who hugged the strip. Probably setup a gun running op or FBI sting and was discovered. Had to have been more than one shooter and from different locations, possibly drones. More than adequate surveillance in the area to quantify the attack locations. More difficult to discern is if the audio wasn’t being generated by sound reproduction as a diversion from the actual shooters using more sophisticated weapons. Need the impact forensics.
Some first responders at the concert arena and other locales knew more than they should have and assumed more to meet apparent timelines.
Too much symbolism ongoing consistent with occultic ritualism at Mandalay Bay. Also the targets appear to be formed from a source not that close to American culture. Somebody targeting Americans as a foreign object of blaspheme from their perspective.
Post 19’s reference to a failed attack on another target almost makes sense. If Hillary is tied to it and to 9-11, then it makes sense.
If that isn’t enough. You can clearly see a muzzle shot and firing from a sniper or single shooter. This is on top of the Luxor at the light in the taxi driver video shortly before she picks up the passengers.
