If the economy BOOMS ( which it would NOT ) if this POS is passed as is ( which it won’t ), then IF salaries rise ( which is NOT a rational expectation ), then automatically, all of you who don’t get hit by tax increases this time, WILL get hit later on. Not to mention the fact that these figures are not stable/written in stone, but instead, rise over the ensuing years. But then, you and many others here, don’t know that. Pity that....
The market already boomed in anticipation of passage, starting 12 months ago. I am probably getting “hit” this time since I deduct maybe 10k in state and local taxes. However this is not about me, and should not be. Many people are confusing the good of the country with the good of their own tax situation. That’s not how it should be. That’s the path to ruin for America.
