Whaaaaaat...you mean there isn't some kind of government education thing they offer to them that educates them so they understand it is not okay to harass/rape/maim/kill females because they are simply walking in public from point A to point B?

Because you know, people we preferentially bring here, who hate us, might not see anything at all wrong with those things, and it is our slipshod approach that might result in a harass/rape/maim/kill occurrence. Our fault.

They must really be slipping up out there in the Seattle area!
