Seems like all the services with the exception of the jar heads change uniforms every time they change their Chief of Staff. Millions of dollars down the drain every time they do it.

Seems like all the services with the exception of the jar heads change uniforms every time they change their Chief of Staff.

Always seemed to me every time we got a new Commandant, the first thing he did was make some change to the uniform regs. Usually something subtle like not rolling up sleeves, or tattoo related stuff.

Most people might not notice, but it happens.
