You are not a conservative, you are a libertarian. You point that out on your homepage promotional. You also know naught about gasoline. Gasoline without additives is not useable. All gasoline now and for the last 70 years or more, is adulterated. Why do you pretend to know anything about agriculture and energy? Why do you use the Internet? Isn’t it regulated? How bout your computer parts — why are you wasting the energy when this industry is so heavily regulated? Like I said, you pick and choose too, don’t you?
You're absolutely right that I consider myself to have a more 'libertarian' outlook, than the soft form of socialism pushed by the Republican party, or the harder version championed by the delusional Democrats.
I find myself in good company:
"If you analyze it I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals — if we were back in the days of the Revolution, so-called conservatives today would be the Liberals and the liberals would be the Tories. The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is." - Ronald Reagan.
