You could eliminate every gun in the world and within a few hours they would be available in San Quentin.
EXACTLY, therefore Machine Shops, Workshops, Garages, Milling Equipment, Lathes, Drill Presses, 3-D Printers, Electricity and Human Ingenuity would have to be outlawed as well.
