Unless I’m mistaken, every shooter in the last two years (Pulse excepted) has been prior government. Either employee or enlisted. That seems a bit odd.
Not really, government is full of incompetent and weird people who can’t make it in the private sector. Plus government is notorious for not being able to get rid of deadwood or criminals unless they are caught in the act and sometimes not even then.
