Racial divide? Kind of like “the knock out game”? Or very high black on white crime rate? Black on white rape? Is that the racial divide they are talking about?

The Department of Justice stopped releasing racial rape crime statistics in 2009, the first year of Obama's reign of terror in office.

I wonder why?
