Yep, shameful is an understatement. Tillerson should have already laid the law down as other Secretaries should have.
When I see stories like this I’m torn between tears and rage. My heart breaks for this man who has upended his life to serve his country that he loves so much.He has put his family in mortal danger every day, including his 11 year old son. He takes time away from his family to serve us and again...his son is 11 years old...a very pivotal age.
This good man is a straight talking, fair-minded and kind-hearted individual! Where do these mo*****ckers** get off not hanging up his portrait and honoring his service to our nation??
I don’t know who’s in charge of these embassies but perhaps it’s Nikki Haley and she can get their asses in gear and get those portraits hung whether they like it or not because some people in those Embassy offices do love this President and would like to see his portrait up everyday I know I would if I worked there!!
Isn’t that the responsibility of the state Dept? Our President’s photo always hangs in our embassies. This needs to happen or people need firing. Period.
Regarding portraits: I do know that the official portraits have just finally been released. The reason many never hung them is because they were never released. I’m DOD and I just got an email about it last week. At our base, the pics of zero came down IMMEDIATELY and an improvised pic of Trump and Mattis went up but they were not official portraits. Now, if you are libtards (like the building manager at the federal building in Ft Worth -I have a close friend who works there)..,zeros pictures came down but no picture of Trump went up because the official portraits were not released until last week. They better be up now though. From what I understand, it’s not that unusual to take this long. It took slick Willy over a year.
Tillerson, or his assistants, should make a “pink-slip” tour of our embassies.
