I don't know if there is such a think as a "miss trial" in the military courts but this Col. Jeffery R. Nance of the Army is obviously political hack... I believe his ruling was designed to embarrass Trump...

Judge Nance is a blemish on Military justice and his sentence is as insulting to most Americans as is the NFL. My guess, Bergdahl will be looking over his shoulder for quite some time.
