The problem is not that the protests are televised. The problem is that there are protests.
It’s a good start. Nice to see advertisers care - - enough of these players giving the country the finger. LET THEM PROTEST ON THEIR OWN TIME.
Might be the best response...
So, as I’ve said all along, the NFL will eliminate the nanthem.
A new slogan - Go to hell Goodell!
Don't be fooled. THEY DO NOT CARE. Most of the these CEO clowns are cultural liberals, leftists and statists. They simply care about money, and their positions, more.
Yep, since they don’t have the election or post-season baseball excuse anymore. Cuz we all know football fans can’t walk and chew gum, another insult from the NFL.
They’re morons but they know when they’re losing money. They’ll run ads for Hezbollah and Lyndon LaRouche for President if it makes them tons of money and NFL player protests aren’t, they’re running people off in droves. NFL posturing and excuses only get them so far, the balance sheet is what really drives policy change.
Yep, and they can’t un-ring that bell.
They have lost 25% of their fans. Wait until that gets to the salary level.
The National Felons League is in for a painful re-kick in the ass.
Jacksonville being a very conservative part of Florida and heavy military and veteran area has seriously hurt itself not only with that display but with their kneeling in London for our own anthem while standing tall for God Save the Queen. They can all go to hell as far as this veteran is concerned. The entire NFL.
Amen!
The problem isn’t the NBC camera. Its the anti-American players, the snowflakes, and the cowards kneeling next to them. Pull your ad.
Forget the camera, Jack. There are still tens of thousands in the stands.
Care about the insult to patriots and patriotism, not your TV camera ad.
What is so pathetic is all the bellyaching about social injustice is on the wrong problem. It should be about the drug ridden culture that is rotting the family in the in our cities. It is about teens not putting their minds to getting a good education and, instead, think about how much money they will make pushing drugs in their neighborhood. It is about girls attracted to the pimps and pushers making better money than the banker or the county prosecutor. It about the high paid football player asking why they must break their bodies when they could be making as much pimping their sister and selling crack to the police chief’s wife.
Instead of, “Hands up don’t shoot!” It is “Hands off don’t arrest. Let me make my money any way I want!”
The Jags have yet to win a game in their own stadium this year but have trounced all of their road games, even goose egging the Colts in their own house.
This weekend, people have the choice of the Jags vs. Bungles or the Blue Angels. Does anyone want to guess who wins the spectator draw?
Then next week is Veterans Day. There is a very public move afoot to have all veterans boycott the game. As Jacksonville is now the #1 military city of all the 32 NFL teams, Shad Kahn still can’t buy a clue.
Choosing not to cover the “protests” is not an answer for either side. The thugs and felons want the coverage. What is the point of virtue signaling if no one notices? Real Americans will find out with or without coverage. Who closes their eyes to the conduct of a known traitor? The advertisers are off track thinking that coverage is relevant.
