Laws are made for us, the lil people. Laws do not apply to those in the ruling class. Just ask George Bush, he made mention of the ruling class just a few days ago.
After I hear GWB say, “The Ruling Class”, I went out and began researching the Bush family way on back to Prescott Bush.
