All you need is someone to act as a sledgehammer, like Trump. He can hire competent staff to figure out where to aim.
Easier said than done. National politics is the ultimate insiders game. No outsider is going to know who to hire to make himself feared and effective, and might just spin heir wheels in the swamp and become useless, or worse, a fool. Its a catch 22, but I agree something must be done. I'll admit - I don't have the answer.
