He was paying big bucks for role-playing with women who accepted the money knowing full well what they were getting themselves into. Unless they can prove he ignored some safe word to stop they will have a tough time making a case.

Prostitutes who have been paid for their services do not suffer rape when those services are rendered. I’m sure they can credibly allege other crimes of physical assault and battery if they did not think that was part of their hired service and I suspect that sort of thing is illegal even if paid for. But rape? No.
