President Trump absolutely can and should use the Justice Department to go after people who are suspected of breaking the law. Indeed, upholding the law is one of his responsibilities as President.
I've never been fond of the whole "He's playing 4-D Chess!" explanation but I really do think Trump is winning!
What was the biggest news story today? Well, on the MSM, it was President Trump opining that the NYC truck terrorist should get the death penalty and all the hang-wringing associated with this.
Now, what was really the biggest story... Absolutely Donna Brazile's explosive confession, testimony if you will, that Clinton gamed the DNC. The Democratic Party is absolutely imploding right now.
So, is Trump giving Sessions an exit strategy? It is odd he airs his frustrations so publicly on Twitter. If Sessions leaves, the Mueller investigation will grind to a halt through the holiday season until a replacement can be named after the first of the year. And whoever replaces Sessions, you can bet is going to shut down this investigation.
Sessions just said that Trump “ordered” him to go after MS13 gang members. So why can’t Trump order him to go after criminal Hillary? See thread on Sessions talking about the gang.

For the most part, and it was so refreshing to have our President actually call a terririst a terrorist the other day. But this Mueller probe is incredibly dangerous to his Presidency, especially since it was recently revealed that Mueller and Rosenstein were previously involved in the Uranium One coverup in some fashion. And based on these quotes from Trump and his tirades on twitter he really does sound rather defenseless in this particular matter.
I never watch TV, so I had never seen him on it, never go to or pay any attention to golf, resorts, or fancy hotels, or beauty pageants or wrestling. So I knew very little about him, other than he was filthy rich and had interests that I had no interest in, and had said things about 0bola’s no birth certificate.
I knew he must be running for very good motivation, as he was sacrificing his entire way of life. Then once he started running, I read a lot and couldn’t believe what an amazing man he was.

The DOJ is going after Trump through Mueller. It is past time that a similar special prosecutor went after Hillary. I’m tired of waiting. Session is the swamp, or so it appears.

Trump was able to be involved by who he chose to run the DOJ and the FBI. So why did he most likely appoint leaders who will do nothing about Hillary and many others.
