I think Donna Brazile gave Hillary Clinton the debate questions out of order one time, or in the right order but the questioner changed the order.
Clinton went rage mode backstage and screamed at Brazile and a frightened young volunteer, calling Brazile a "janitor" who had to "clean up the mess." I think Candidate Trump heard it through the backstage walls.
Perhaps that incident caused Brazile to begin writing her book.
