That was because they were working for a leftist Governmental effort in Wisconsin. So of course the FBI was fine with this.
I am saying that if he was a normal crook writing hot checks, and a local police department did this and stormed the house in a no-knock nighttime raid and felt up his wife. And they let it get out there that it was meant to intimidate... yes, the cops would be arrested.
