Police now say the only shots fired in #Manhattan were shot by police officers.

Must be mighty poor shots then, from what else we're hearing.

They had an incident about a year ago.

Guy shot and killed his business partner and just started walking down the street.

I think about 6 citizens and a couple of cops were shot, all by NYPD.

The killer never fired another shot after the initial murder.
