If you live in America, you are either an immigrant yourself, or the descendant of immigrants.

If you live in America, you are either an immigrant yourself, or the descendant of immigrants settlers.

First thing to appreciate:
1. Step one. Breathe in. You cannot do that, if you are dead.
2. Step two. Speak the sound, “Ahhh”. You cannot do that, or HEAR that, if you are dead.
3. Step 3. You cannot SEE Step 1 and 2, if you are dead.

Now, that we have verified you are not dead, EVERYTHING ELSE, is extra, and you are NOT entitles to it.

Salena Zito has become a National Treasure. One of the very few ink and paper writers that gets it right, almost 100% of the time.

I loved reading her columns {for years} when she wrote for the Pittsburgh {Greensburg} Tribune Review.

She goes into small towns, like Ruffsdale, PA and the inner cities of Pittsburgh and Chicago, listens to people and gets it right.

My first family members came over in the late 1600’s, with a 2 year old and a new born. So thankful to God that they were risk takers and freedom lovers, that I could be born in America too!

Beautiful story. I heard Victor Davis Hansen recently share about his 27 year old daughters death. He said he spends more time on his farm reflecting, taking time to see the small wonderful things in life and when he does go out to get his hair cut or get an oil change, he takes the time to talk to the people usually young people, to get to know more about their lives.
