While he is at it, maybe make it retroactive, which would invalidate the pardon Bill Clinton gave to his brother.

Good luck. I might be OK with it if there is a sentence in the amendment with term limits for Representatives and Senators.

yes because 2/3’s of all the STATES will approve a US Constitutional amendment, just to get back at Trump

After being approved by 3/4 of each house of congress.

Two-thirds of the states have to approve a constitutional amendment.

It takes three fourths of the states.

I propose a Constitutional amendment outlawing Democrats.

“Even if there was an appetite for it, the average length of time to get a Constitutional Amendment approved is eight years”

If you exclude the 27th amendment it’s a lot less.

Trump would be working on his Presidential library by the time if made it through the process. ............................... and with Chelsea Clinton in office there would be no need for it. When Trump Jr takes the WH back, they will re introduce it. (Dream scenario, maybe a nightmare one?)

There is no limit to the depths of unreasonableness that LIB lunatics will go. None. Not only are they all lunatics...most are criminal nitwits.

At least he is following the correct Constitutional prescription.

Most Libs would just have some judge out there make a blatantly unconstitutional ruling.

Could this be a tacit admission that there will never be another Democratic president?
