More than likely the fine work of Obama’s anti-American, anti-Trump gaggle of traitors.

The court has no proper jurisdiction over this. Ruling will be overturned imho

Every activist judge who makes a ruling outside the scope of his legitimate powers should be impeached and removed from office.
Each nonsense ruling must be appealed, to the Supreme Court if necessary. We cannot have the precedent that lower judges override the President of the United States on military and national security decisions.

Commander in Chief.
Not Judge in Chief.
President Trump can say no.
To: SoFloFreeper
Just who do these federal judges think they are?
Nobody elected THEM as president.
And no judge should have to power to set precedent by himself according to his whim. They do not have the right or authority to dictate law or policy in this country. It’s not the job of the judiciary.

When Obama changed the rule in 2016 to let transgenders serve, that was ok, but when Trump changed the rule back to pre-2016, that’s not ok?
How does the judge explain that one?

The courts think that the only part of "Commander-in-Chief" that Trump can have is "in," and they're working on turning that into "out."

There was a similar case where a judge ordered Bill Clinton to reinstate a homosexual Academy student and Clinton just ignored the ruling.

Why is a FISA Court Judge hearing this? Also, this was a Presidential Executive Order that should not be within the purview of a Federal Court. More Judicial overreach.

How do Federal judges get the authority to tell the Commander-In-Chief how the Armed Forces are to be staffed? Do they also claim the authority to order a particular member of the Armed Forces to have a particular assignment? Or to order that a Marine recruit who scored 3 out of 250 while qualifying at the rife range graduate and be assigned to Sniper School?

Does anyone have a ‘right’ to serve in a nation’s military? You can be conscripted or volunteer but can you demand membership?

two questions:
1.Where were these judges when Obama changed existing policy?
2. Who is president: Donald Trump or some unelected judge?
