Only if the charges are Federal. If it’s say the State of Virginia who is issuing the charges then the Constitution doesn’t permit the President to issue pardons.

I do not know if the Grand Jury has the option of issuing State charges or if they will automatically be Federal charges. I do suspect the latter.
