The President’s power to pardon is absolute. The constitution places no check on it.

Except in cases of impeachment. Pardons only are for federal cases and the president probably can’t pardon himself due to the impeachment limitation. So could he pardon anyone indicted by Mueller? Probably yes.

Yeah but the left doesn’t follow the constitution. They follow a fantasy constitution that the media portrays as legit. For example they keep demanding more and more gun laws even though ANY law infringing upon arms is completely unconstitutional. The 2nd amendment is blindingly clear: “ the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”. The RIGHT of the PEOPLE. Throwing ANYBODY in jail merely for having a gun is unconstitutional but the media portrays it as constitutional. Just like they portray people being denied their 1st amendment right in Berkeley California as constitutional. That’s why they are so dangerous, that’s why we dodged an absolute sh*t storm with Hillary losing. If she won, without question we would have been on a fast track to a totalitarian dictatorship, they along with their RINO cohorts would have completely redefined the constitution. Donald Trump literally saved the country thus my tagline.....

There is a very firm check on the president’s ability to pardon, they can impeach, convict and remove the president from office.

That is however, the only check that exists.

The President's power to pardon *is* absolute.

Except when Adam Schiff decides it's not.

It's right there in the Constitution: "The President shall.... have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment, or when Adam Schiff decides the President does not have that Power."
