McMaster: @POTUS to use Asia trip to urge "all responsible nations" to convince NKorea that nukes "a dead end" & past time to denuclearize.

"That's something that's under consideration," says McMaster, asked about US designating North Korea a state-sponsor of terrorism.

McMaster says it's not yet determined if Pres Trump will have a meeting with Pres Putin while at the APEC Summit in Vietnam.

Pres says he told Judiciary Chair @ChuckGrassley, he wants an immediate end to the Visa diversity lottery program. Calls it a "disaster."

Pres. also says Congress must end "chain migration," where foreign relatives can more easily gain entry to the US.
