Adding such information to the story means NOTHING (IMO) to the importance of the issue. He’s a thug looking for publicity but happens to be a baseball player. He will most likely be given a “walk” without further punishment. He should be sent to jail for a while to remember he is no more important than anyone else, break the law and pay the penalty. PERIOD!

If he had shot at her he was most likely to miss being a 237 hitter.
