That’s....a pretty good stretch. I haven’t interviewed for a job in quite some time but I was asked for my previous salary and hiring a foreign worker was not remotely the reason, I would speculate that a very, very small percentage of jobs involve the option of hiring foreigners. I would also venture to say that a company that can and wants to hire H-1Bs isn’t going to waste their time interviewing US citizens.
