WHOA!.... The “NT” contains no valid doctrine not already a part of Torah. You yourself, in a recent answer to me, spoke about the ten virgins and getting ready for the Rapture.......where is that in the Torah? There is no Rapture in the Torah, there is no reference to virgins getting ready for a secret event never before spoken of..... It's a NT concept and taught in the new Body of Christ, i.e. church!

A DOUBLE WHOA, because you've taken this out of context. Jeremiah 16 refers to a time period, when Jews are emigrating from a Northern land (The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north , representing a future time) and from a country geographically North of Israel, which is the Soviet Union. Jews have been leaving the Soviet Union (Russia after the CCCP breakup) and are still migrating to Israel. Nowhere in the Bible did Israel return from the North, except the last 20 - 30 years.
The sixteenth chapter of Jeremiah, continues chronologically to a point when Israel and the Isrealites has been given the kingdom to rule earth, with Messiah on David's Throne in Jerusalem. Jeremiah sees Gentiles coming to Jerusalem to beg the Jews forgiveness for the evil done to that nation!
Jeremiah 16: 14Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that it shall no more be said, The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; 15But, The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them: and I will bring them again into their land that I gave unto their fathers. 16Behold, I will send for many fishers, saith the LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. 17For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes. 18And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
Here GOD is making it clear that the 2000+ years that gentiles have polluted the Holy land/Jerusalem, has not gone unnoticed by GOD! HE will repay gentiles for their wickedness and compensate Israel in the 1000 year rein of MESSIAH!
19O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit. 20Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? verse 21 is GOD'S ultimate goal, to have the entirety of humanity acknowledge, there is only one GOD & JESUS is his son!

Am I correct in assuming that's what you believe? If you are thinking Mormans....OK I agree. If you are thinking modern day liberal church....OK I agree. Even if you are thinking Catholicism....OK I agree. But Bible believing Body of Christ....you & I disagree.

There is no “Rapture,” only the gathering of the Bride of Yeshua at the Day of Trumpets.
Its the failure to study and follow the appointed times that has left you apart from that gathering.
Yehova has a specific detailed plan that unfolds on schedule, and is easily recognizable to those that simply follow his inerrant word, rather than the babbling of self important nicolaitans.
Christianity was invented in the 4th century by Eusebius and Constantine. Prior to that the Notzerim (Yeshua’s disciples and apostles) followed Torah perfectly. (they still do today)
Christianity is nowhere to be found in any scripture. It is an attack on Yehova’s plan of salvation. The scriptures state unequivocally that only those that call out his name, and keep his commandments will be saved.
What do you think Matthew ch 7 is all about? Or Romans ch 2? “Doers, not hearers of the Law will be justified.” That is about as plain as can be.
How about John’s first epistle? He says plainly that those that say they know Yeshua but do not walk as he walked (Torah compliant in every way) are liars.
The great error of “christianity” is failing to grasp the difference between the Pharisees’ false laws (the unbearable burden) and Yehova’s loving Torah.
Paul praised the Galatians profusely for keeping the appointed times and the commandments, and told them not to be judged by anyone but the body of Christ; but christianity instead allows itself to be judged by the nicolaitans that infest their pulpits.
Your “interpretation” of Jeremiah is insane! He wrote nothing about Jews; he wrote about Israel, which is the bride of Yeshua. (do you even understand the great difference between Judah and Israel?)
Jeremiah wrote about our time. Christian doctrine is the inherited lies. Torah is Yeshua’s narrow path. The covenant has been renewed in Yeshua’s blood with The House of Judah and The House of Israel.
If you are not sojourning with Israel (read: keeping Yehova’s commandments) you are not a part thereof.
Israel will rule with Yeshua when he brings us back from the wedding feast to Earth. That is 15 days after he gathers us. (15 days from Trumpets to Tabernacles)
In that intervening time, the bowl judgements will be pored out on those that remain on Earth.
“From the land of the north, and from all the lands whither he had driven them” is the whole world.
That migration has been in progress for decades.
