The expert who examined Oswald’s rifle could not determine that the inaccuracy of the scope was due to damage score November 22 1963 or after Oswald dispensed with the rifle that day. That Oswald COULD NOT have made the shots simply cannot be proven.

Of course you can’t prove a negative. However, the probability that Oswald made those shots with that rifle is approaching zero.

Every claim made by the WCR has more holes than Swiss cheese and the rifle has the most. It frequently contradicts the testimony to be found in the Exhibits to the Report.

The testimony it wanted to hear was in the Report while almost all contrary testimony (and there were hundred of witnesses who saw different sights.)

The experts on the Dallas Police who found and examined the gun identified it as a 7.65 Mauser. The caliber was stamped on the barrel.

The gun “found” was not even the gun ordered.
