You’re right. I was thinking Sheila Jackson Lee (with the snake wrapped around her head and a map of the planets and moons in her hand), not Barbara Jordan.

Sheila Jackson Lee will give you nightmares - but who on that list wouldn’t? I remember reading years ago that she lived within walking distance of the Capitol in DC and yet took a limo to work...Prepare for a shocker - she used to be a judge in TX!!!!!!! And that creepy female in the cowboy hat from FL is fond of saying, “I was a school principal.” Can’t help but wonder what gave them the idea they’d do better at being politicians! Probably more access to graft and corruption! Go in penniless and come out a millionaire several times over. Works for most!
