POTUS can only be indicted by Congress.
I think the indictment will be for Trump on financial exchanges going back several years well before 2016, not related to Presidential campaigns but uncovered when Muller was looking into Trump’s banking records back to 2005. If not Trump, who else would merit the DOJ planning to lay out the charges next week to congress and the hiding of the name for national security reasons?
Special Prosecutor can do whatever he wishes. Or am I wrong?
