It may be a tactic for Mueller to lock up the investigation (S) into his domain.
Bring charges and insist that any potential “Witnesses” in any other investigations by Congress are put in a position that they Can’t say anything because of the “Ongoing” Criminal trial.
The more I think about it, I’m sure that this is what Mueller is doing.
Yes and hoping someone takes Trump down in the waiting process that can be realllllly drawn out.
