One of the big mysteries of the whole Dossier Scam is that the dossier itself failed to be released to the public during the election cycle.

Two possible reasons:

1.Hillary/DNC expected to hide the fact that it was a document that they paid for from the public. And to hide that fact forever,

As a result they had to rely on Steele or some other 3rd party to do the dirty work of getting the document leaked. Steele was chosen and he failed to come through.

2. A less likely scenario: The Dossier was always intended to support an expanded FISA Warrent Program and not necessarily intended for a public release - a release that would immediately raise the “Who Paid For This” question and put Hillary in danger of exposure as the funding source.

Just mt opinion.

“The Dossier was always intended to support an expanded FISA Warrent Program and not necessarily intended for a public release...”

I’m absolutely certain that is the case. The “dossier” is amateurish and absurd and would never hold up to public scrutiny. Its purpose was to justify America’s intelligence organizations being used to spy on the political opposition. This is the real crime here.

All of this makes a lot more sense when you consider that Obama and Clinton were sure they could steal the election. No one ever expected that there would be an actual justice department looking into these matters at a later date.
