He does *not* have to return the money.
But, it does have some strings on it. He cannot simply use it to buy vacations to Monoco.
I believe it must be used for political campaigns.
I wish I knew the law. I did a lot of googling, but I never saw a definitive answer that I trusted.
I think I’ll call St. Jeffy’s offices and ask his lackeys the question.
I think I’ll call McCain’s office, too.
Flake and McCain REALLY hate it when constituents like me call them.
LMAO
Yes, strings are attached...but theyre pretty minimal. I suspect the slimy Flake wii give some to whoever challenges Ward in the primary. Flake undoubtably despises Kelli Ward since shes the genesis of his downfall, IMHO.

The strings were constructed by them. Not just for political campaigns. They can donate it to a charity, yes, including a charity they set up. It can go to a foundation they set up. Like Clinton Global Initiative for example. So Chelsea can legally tap campaign cash to fly around in a Gulfstream to her 2 million dollar wedding, and its all legal. So are all the paychecks to “employees” of the charity or foundation. Nevermind that they are all family members.
That’s a nice retirement fund. Flake will set up a new foundation, “Arizona’s future” or something. Funded with the 3 million in leftovers. His wife will make 125k a year, as will he, his 5 mormon kids, and probably the family dog. Just watch...
