There were recent revelations that security guard Jesus Campos, who was deemed a hero and credited with shutting down the active shooter, drove 700 miles to Mexico in a rental car while recovering from a leg injury from an assault rifle.

Yes it is. Guard having fled I saw today. Hard drive missing I saw today. Woman who was gonna gather other eye witnesses to support her multiple shooter claim died last week or so. Well 6 days after the shooting how ever long ago that is.
I apologize to whomever it was that posted about Campos gaining significant weight between the SPFPA ceremony and the Ellen Show. Looking around at his online pictures, yes, I now agree with the poster. He definitely had put on unbelievable poundage in those 11 days. Guess he stuffed himself on frijoles in Mexico.
How much did the feds and/or Mandalay pay to get him back from Mexico?

On Tucker last night, he had on Campos’ union boss. The union guy let slip Campos’ WAS, as in past tense, a security guard. Tucker asked if he was still employed by MGM. The guy said yes.
He is sticking with the story the Mexico trip was pre planned and he was back on Monday. That he was in a meeting at Campos’ house but didn’t accompany the 3 MGM employees (a high level person, possibly the security boss and can’t remember third person) took him from his house to a quick clinic. And that Campos didn’t need a state security license because he was hired by a private business.
No vetting. Hiring illegals. Letting them use whatever SS number they wish.

did campos have a weapon? a recent (10/27/2017) abc 20/20 show about the shooting seemed to imply that campos might have had a weapon but if he did, chose not to use it to defend himself.
