It’s assault. And I don’t care if he’s a “Bush” or how old he is.
If he can’t control himself, then the Bush family needs to admit it and keep him out of the public eye. That way no one can accuse him of it and have it used against the rest of us by the media.
And another thing - nursing home workers are used to it because they’ve been exposed to it so much they are immune. The average person on the street would be very taken aback...shocked and distressed.

Thank you. Very well said. I’m not one to scream sexual assault over nothing, but many FReepers on this thread seem to think it’s okay for an old man to touch people without their permission. It’s not. Someone grabs my ass, they better hope I can’t get to them because I will smack them.
