Has anyone ever stayed there? Where do those steps in the top go down to? That would be a question. Standard stairwell I suppose?

The steps are the fire stairwell which goes all the way up and down the building. This guy was staying there a couple of weeks ago and took a look at the stairs:

9. There is an exit staircase right next to Paddock's room.

No locks, no alarms, no signs & most importantly?
