How is it that people are on this page arguing this didn’t happen and attacking this woman for making this allegation when they do not even know what sexual assault actually is?
If I brush up against your fanny on a crowded subway platform, is that sexual assault? What about a pat on the shoulder for a job well done? If I turn a corner and bump into your chest?
How broadly do you want to define this grievous term, bearing in mind the lives that can be destroyed if an accusation is leveled frivolously?
I think each state has their own standards of what qualifies as sexual assault.
Federal government has their own standards, too.
And what about true sexual assault victims? They see this woman making a charge of sexual assault while they truly suffered an assault of a sexual nature, and her allegation diminishes the severity of what they went through.
