McCain is trying his best to get Trump to overreact and make it appear that Trump is the one out for revenge. He can’t stand the thought of his true self being outed before or AFTER his death.

I’m pretty sure that McCain doesn’t understand that millions of people are covering PDJT in prayer every minute of every day. God will handle Trump’s actions and reactions, and will deal with McCain in His own special way.
