Could be. The Bush Clan Members are the obvious suspects. But there is a definite possibility that the (presumed) Bush Phase was standard Opposition Research that turned dirty when Hillary took over.
I’m betting on Hill/DNC picking up the oppo research and turning it dirty as well. I think that is the reason they are publishing it... they can now claim the lead on the story and fit it to their narrative. Remember fast-n-furious? The justification for knowingly letting straw-purchased guns to ‘walk’ untraced to mexican cartels was that is was ‘essentially’ a continuation of a Bush era program... ignoring the fact that the previous program was halted when they failed in attempts to track the weapons (Obama made no effort to track them at all). So, with the media in the DNC corner, they are relying on enough GOPe critters to parrot their narrative that both parties were involved and that they can’t possibly send their colleagues to prison, lest all their own malfeasances be brought to light.
