The Deep State can do a lot worse.

I worry more about them than any terrorist or foreign military threat.

They have the means, the motive and the opportunity for major crimes anywhere in America.

They have the media clout to cover up their crimes.

That is just not true of anyone else.

I agree. The Deep State's biggest nemesis has been the INTERNET. Their existence would still be cloaked in secrecy had it not been for the Internet and the TRUTH side-skirting the television media controlled by the Deep State.

We see Facebook, Google, etc., slowly clamping down on WHAT WE SEE AND READ. The Deep State realizes they must gain control of the unruly Internet beast before the entire lid is blown off their operation..

FOR 8 LONG YEARS Obama engaged in massive surveillance via the CIA, NSA, DHS, etc., to acquire everyone's personal emails, phone calls, Google search activities and other social media profiles for the purpose of BLACKMAILING SUBJECTS INTO TOWING THE DEEP STATE LINE..
