Feldman paid a small fine at the police station and went on his way. Must've struck the fear God in him because he's clammed up.

Feldman needs to speak out and speak out loudly or he's aiding and abetting those sickos who will be molesting young kids tonight, tomorrow and next week.

As for the arrest, maybe he needs to slow down and drive the speed limit, get a current driver's license and don't do drugs.
