I suspect that your motivation is other.

My motive was to say I think you're full of stuff when you posted this:

Everything the BLM does in the western states is a violation of Guadalupe Hidalgo, and could result in all of the western states reverting back to Spanish/Mexican rule!

And I guess you can't support that assertion.
