After putting up home canned jelly, don’t throw out the remaining pulp. That’s the good stuff. Make it into butter. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and it’ll taste like Christmas, yum yum.
Confession, I give away the jelly but keep the butters from myself.
thanks for the idea. Not sure when (or if) I will ever do jelly again but will surely keep this in mind.
I love doing the raspberries in late fall... usually just pick and eat fresh
