No, it was a radio program. It was not filmed. There is an audio recording. I only said there was some film of Oswald at the station and in the street. It's a few minutes.

I have seen the film and it runs almost an hour. You have most likely seen a short segment of it.
You obviously haven’t read Oswald’s statement about his time in the Soviet Union. It’s in the Warren Report.
Read it and I think you’ll be surprised: other than a couple of misspellings, Oswald seems intelligent and articulate and not at all sympathetic to the Soviets.
