Sounds to me like the CIA is part of the swamp.
Not only that, but the CIA sounds incompetent as hell. How hard could it be for a superpower intelligence agency to take down a guy with a website? And if they were serious abut taking it down, why would they talk about taking it down in public rather than just taking it down? To me, it sounds like they know that Wikileaks is hurting their reputation, but they aren't capable of stopping them, so they just talk trash about them, hoping that people will just not like them anymore. Wow. Not exactly James freaking Bond.
