Too bad the leftist destroyed the crown jewel of America. They took the best and literally subverted it, looted and trashed it.

California is the greatest state in the nation still in spite of the liberal politics!

I was born in Texas and lived there about 30 years of my life. I also lived in North Carolina 2 years while I was in the Army. I have also spent about 38 years of my life in California. I am a stone conservative and I love California!

There are more conservatives here than any other state in the nation. There are counties here that vote Republican that are more populated than some states. California has more beautiful natural wonders than any state in the nation except Alaska. We have better ocean beaches than any other state in the nation. We have beautiful mountains and deserts too. Southern California has better weather than any other part of the country.

California has the best property tax system compared to almost any other state in the nation. How many of you Texans or Nebraskans pay only 1.025% property tax like I do? The answer is none… Because of Proposition 13 California the property taxes can only be raised 2% a year!

In California the property appreciates faster than almost anywhere else in the nation. I know a smart man that bought a house near the ocean in 1961 for 29K. He still lives there and now it is worth 1.5 million! And, the property taxes on that house are still based on the original 29K price plus a 2% per year increase! What other state does that? The answer is none…
