It did in the past, I was in the lowest bracket, 15%, and had no accountant to reduce my taxes. My corporation made a pittance and I was unable to reinvest the money in services to build up the corporation. Instead I had to pay most of the corporate income to me as income. If I didn't do that, my corporate marginal rate, with less than 100k income was 34%.

Corporations and businesses don’t pay their taxes, the consumer of their product pays their taxes. You knew that didn’t you?
I would eliminate SALT for the corporate scum and the pass-through income as well. What’s good for the goose and all that.
