Is it time for Special Counsel Robert Mueller to recuse himself from his investigation into Russian activities in the 2016 presidential election?
Lost in much of the discussion over this week’s developments in the growing Russia/Uranium/Clinton scandal is the fact that none other than Mueller was the FBI Director during this investigation. And that investigation is under serious scrutiny.
Under Attorney General Eric Holder, the FBI informant at the center of the probe was prohibited from revealing any of the details of the investigation to members of Congress because of a non-disclosure agreement that has been characterized as unusual by the informant’s attorney, Victoria Toensing.
In fact, as the Obama Administration was weighing the sale of uranium to a Russian-backed firm, none of the details of the active FBI criminal investigation were disclosed by the Executive Branch to Congress. Then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers told The Hill:
He had never been told anything about the Russian nuclear corruption case even though many fellow lawmakers had serious concerns about the Obama administration’s approval of the Uranium One deal.
Yesterday, President Donald Trump called out the media for their obsessive coverage of the as-of-now-evidence-free Russia/Collusion story while not probing deeper into the Russian/Uranium/Clinton scandal which blew-up this week thanks to investigative reporting by John Solomon at The Hill and Sara Carter at Circa. He might want to have a conversation with Mueller and his own Deputy Attorney General as well.

What is the definition of “clean hands”, again?
The clean hands doctrine is a rule of law that someone bringing a lawsuit or motion and asking the court for equitable relief must be innocent of wrongdoing or unfair conduct relating to the subject matter of his claim.
That I understand.
What I meant was why aren’t they making a stink about it - in the press, on television; in the halls of Congress, amongst themselves?
AND they should be affirming their support to the President in no uncertain terms in this endeavor.

The deep, dark, hidden state, pretending to protect USA, handling US government: they within truely think they are god. Their position, requires them to break the law, regularily, for our own _good_.

Hillary and Bill work a deal to give 20% of our uranium to Russia.
Hillary is Sec of State. Bill meets with Putin and Russians to work the deal.
Mueller helps with that deal. So does Obama.
Hillary and Bill get $145M kickback total from Russia.
Russia also sells urianium to Iran.
Iran and North Korea work jointly on nukes and missiles.
Mueller investigates Trump for Russia collision.
Ok.
Have some compassion for Sessions. You would do the same thing in order to keep those photographs out of the press. We need a special prosecutor to investigate the special prosecutor.

I suspect that deal was just the tip of the iceberg. They got by with that one so easily no way did they stop there...IMO.
No one can lead me to believe “all” of the other people mentioned didn’t profit as well.
I believe the kickbacks were widely dispersed among MANY individuals ....not just the Clinton foundation.

He was returning 10 grams of highly enriched Russian uranium.

Forget the Special Counsel nonsense. When is former FBI Director Mueller going to be arrested for sedition and treason? Arrest him and have him turn on Hillary in a plea bargain.

Wonder how much Obama’s kickback was just for this one thing? Mueller too.
Sessions has such a wide yellow line up his back, he could be a highway in Tennessee!

Sure fooled me. He had such a good reputation. Recusing himself was a brilliant move...for a swamp dweller.
