This would be less of a concern had the alleged funds not been transferred while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a panel that could have swayed the deal in Moscow’s favor. “Documents suggest” all right. Several people were convicted of bribery and money laundering, including Vadim Mikerin, Rosatom’s US operator. Rod Rosenstein was the prosecutor.
