An American businessman who worked for years undercover as an FBI confidential witness was blocked by the Obama Justice Department from telling Congress about conversations and transactions he witnessed related to the Russian nuclear industry's efforts to win favor with Bill and Hillary Clinton and influence Obama administration decisions, his lawyer tells The Hill.
Attorney Victoria Toensing, a former Reagan Justice Department official and former chief counsel of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said Tuesday she is working with members of Congress to see if they can get the Trump Justice Department or the FBI to free her client to talk to lawmakers.
“All of the information about this corruption has not come out,” she said in an interview Tuesday. “And so my client, the same part of my client that made him go into the FBI in the first place, says, 'This is wrong. What should I do about it?'”

Forget about being blocked. Go to congress & say your piece. If the FBI retaliates, go to Trump. I would assume Ms. Toensing knows whether it would be bad for Trump or not & wouldn’t be pushing to get his story heard if it was. Trump can ‘pardon’ or just tell his branch of the gov’t to stand down.
Mr. Sessions is doing his job. He is deftly using a needle where a concrete spike would have shattered the framework and muddied the results. He is making an unaware and unwilling ally of Mueller.
He and Sarah Carter are working with unnamed FBI agents who were part of Rosenstein's 'investigation'.
Who will move this investigation forward? Can we trust Rosenstein, who worked under Holder? He offered to resign in 2017 but Trump refused. He wanted Comey fired but also appointed Mueller (and DJT did not publicly object).

Because of her involvement, this story will likely have legs.

I hear ya, it's frustrating to witness. The mediots act like spoiled children and this is all a game but we know it isn't. The Mueller/Rosenstein revelations, without a doubt, put this whole scheme and crimes in serious traitorous territory.
I'm pleading to those who read here and hoping there is still an ounce of patriotism for their country instead of for their corrupt party/agenda. From here on out it is, for the mediots, about being complicit in the coverup of these traitorous crimes against our nation.
They have to be told that over and over because it is true. They also need to be told and held accountable if their ends justify the means (crimes) is more important than their country.
This Mueller/Rosenstein revelation shows the serious corruption they are helping to protect. Let's hope and pray they choose wisely and defy their managers and corporate heads and report the truth.
